Return Policy – All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.

Once payment is processed, transaction fees are non-refundable to both Diosa Jaccai and the customer.

If you received the wrong item due to an error on our end, please email diosajaccai@gmail.com with:

  • A clear subject line

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item(s) received

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and make it right.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photo proof so we can evaluate the issue.

If an item is missing from your order, please reach out within 48 hours and include a photo of everything received.

Lost Packages

Diosa Jaccai is not responsible for packages once they have been properly fulfilled and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund. Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend first checking with neighbors or your local post office. You may also file a claim directly with the designated shipping carrier for further assistance.

Exceptions

All sales are final.

Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges & Replacements

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement for the affected item.
